Interface to Doug Lea's Memory Allocator (dlmalloc).

This file is a wrapper around dlmalloc's malloc.h which customizes the allocator to fit into our runtime environment.

• Compiler: IAR EWAVR32 and GNU GCC for AVR32
• Supported devices: All AVR32 AP7 devices
